Your data, kept simple

Get Ready Academy (“we”, “us”) gives academic support to Lebanese University students: courses, packages and study sessions. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you create an account: your full name, phone number, email address, whether you are a new or repeating student, and a password. Your password is stored only in scrambled form by our sign-in provider; nobody at the academy can read it.

When you order: the courses or package you choose, the price, your order reference, whether the payment is pending, paid or cancelled, and the dates your membership starts and ends.

When you use your dashboard: requests to change courses, the notes you write with them, and the notifications we send you.

Details you share with our staff: they may add things you tell them to your record, such as your major and year, your age or your Lebanese University file number, so they can manage your registration.

Technical information: the cookies that keep you signed in, and your IP address and a scrambled form of your email address, which we use to block repeated sign-up and sign-in attempts. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

The website never asks for card or bank details. You pay the academy directly over WhatsApp, and the website only records whether each order is pending, paid or cancelled.

• To contact you about your courses, sessions, schedule changes and payments, by WhatsApp, phone, email or a notification in your dashboard.
• To keep the website and your account secure.
• To keep the records we need to run the academy.

Academy staff who manage registrations and payments can see your account and orders. Other students cannot.

We use trusted service providers to host the website, store its data and send account emails. They handle your information only to run the website for us.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We may share it if the law requires us to.

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. If you block them, you can still browse the site but you won’t be able to sign in.

We keep your account and its details while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them for the academy’s records, even after an account is closed.

You can see your details on your profile page. To correct them, or to ask us to delete your account and personal information, message us on WhatsApp. We will delete it except for the order and payment records we need to keep.

You can stop our messages at any time by telling us on WhatsApp.

Our service is for university students. If you are under 18, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

The website uses encrypted connections, passwords are stored scrambled, and each person can only see what their role allows. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will also tell you in your dashboard.
