These terms apply when you use the Get Ready Academy website or create an account. By doing either you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Get Ready Academy is an independent academy that helps Lebanese University students prepare for their courses and exams. We are not part of Lebanese University and do not speak for it.

• Give your real name and a phone number and email address you use.
• Keep your password private. An account is for one person only.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Each course page shows what the course covers, its price and, when known, its instructor. Schedules, instructors and outlines can change during a semester; when they do, we will let you know.

Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the site when you place your order. Placing an order on the site records it as pending; nothing is charged on the website.

You can cancel a pending order from your dashboard at any time before you pay.

• You pay the academy over WhatsApp, quoting your order reference.
• Your courses open once we have confirmed your payment.
• A membership lasts one month from the day we confirm your payment. To keep your access, renew it each month; you can renew the same courses.

If something went wrong with a payment, or you want to ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp. We look at each request individually.

Lessons, notes, recordings and other materials we share are for your own study. Please don’t record, copy, share or sell them without our written permission.

Be respectful to instructors, staff and other students, in sessions and in messages. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or harasses others.

We do our best to help you prepare, but we can’t guarantee grades or exam results; those depend on your own work and on the university.

We work to keep the website running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the website being unavailable.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in your dashboard if the change is important. Orders you have already paid for keep the terms that applied when you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
